1. Dispatch Timelines
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) from the receipt of payment confirmation. Custom order dispatches may take up to 5 business days, which will be communicated during booking.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.
- Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days depending on accessibility.
- International Shipping: 10 to 15 business days (customs clearances may cause delay).
3. Shipping Charges
We provide Free Shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a non-refundable convenience charge of ₹50 is added at checkout. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and country destination.
4. Logistics Partners
Our primary logistics networks include Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and DHL to ensure that your luxury packages are tracked and handled securely.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, we will send an SMS and email notification containing the Tracking ID and courier partner link. You can track your shipment status in real-time.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
All packages are sealed and insured. If you receive a box that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or open, please do not accept delivery from the courier. Take photos of the box and contact our support immediately at llaxmiluxurious@gmail.com.
